SWIMMING ASSISTANT

The first members of our team, you will assist our teachers and learn at the same time. A lot of our assistants go onto take their swimming teacher exam with our help, and either carry on teaching with us or go off onto other opportunities.

SWIMMING TEACHERS

We are always looking for the talented swimming teachers, who not only have good technical abilities but a true love of teaching. If you are excited about the idea of 1-2-1 and small group lessons, are genuinely interested in swimming and enjoy helping clients of all ages achieve their goals, then we would love to talk to you.

SWIMMING COODINATOR

The Swim Lesson Coordinator will ensure all safety and teaching guidelines are followed and will conduct regular evaluations to ensure operational standards are consistently applied. Effectively managing the administration of the Learn to Swim scheme to achieve financial targets.

SWIMMING FRANCHISE

Due to the high standard and technical ability of our teachers there is a option to set up your own franchise after working with us for a time. Please contact us for a chat if you want to be part of the AquaSkills Team running your business the AquaSkills way.

Our in-house training programmes provide the opportunity to achieve nationally recognised qualifications in swim teaching, opening the door to a wide range of career pathways. These include establishing your own swim school, working abroad as a lifeguard, or advancing within the aquatic industry.
